1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NCR Russian Spa (“NCR Russian Spa”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using https://ncrrussianspa.com (the “Website”), or by enquiring about or booking any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or book our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. Spa Services & Booking Policies
Our services
NCR Russian Spa provides professional wellness and relaxation treatments, including Russian, Thai, deep tissue and other therapeutic bodywork, couple and multi-therapist sessions, and hotel spa services across Delhi NCR, Aerocity, Noida and partner hotels. Service descriptions on the Website are for general information and may change without notice.
Appointments & confirmation
- Appointments can be requested by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form, and are confirmed only when we confirm the date, time, service and location with you.
- Availability depends on therapist and venue capacity, and we may suggest an alternative time.
- Please give accurate contact details so that we can reach you about your booking.
Punctuality & late arrival
- Please arrive, or be ready at your hotel, a few minutes before your appointment.
- We hold your slot for 15 minutes. If you are later than that, your treatment may be shortened so that it ends at the scheduled time, and the full price still applies.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 4 hours’ notice, by phone or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice, and no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the booked service price, or any advance paid may be retained.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule (for example, due to therapist unavailability or circumstances beyond our control), we will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of any advance payment.
Hotel & partner-venue services
For treatments at a hotel or partner venue, you agree to provide accurate location and room details, to ensure a clean, private and suitable space, and to follow the venue’s rules (including any identification or visitor-registration requirements). We may decline or end a service if the environment appears unsafe, unsuitable or in breach of venue rules, and any applicable cancellation terms will then apply.
3. Guest Conduct & Code of Ethics
All treatments at NCR Russian Spa are strictly professional wellness, relaxation and therapeutic bodywork. Our therapists are trained professionals, and our services do not include, and we will never provide, any sexual or unlawful service.
We apply a zero-tolerance policy to inappropriate conduct. This includes, without limitation:
- Sexual requests, comments, gestures or physical contact;
- Harassment, intimidation, abuse or discrimination towards any therapist or staff member;
- Attending a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving in a disruptive or threatening manner;
- Recording, photographing or filming therapists or staff without their consent;
- Any unlawful behaviour.
Where such conduct occurs, the therapist or management may end the session immediately and without any refund, refuse future bookings, and report the matter to the venue and the authorities where appropriate. Guests are expected to follow our professional draping and privacy practices, and to treat our team with courtesy and respect.
4. Health Disclaimer & Guest Responsibilities
Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care.
Your responsibilities
Before receiving any bodywork, you must tell us (and your therapist) about anything that could affect your safety, including:
- Heart or circulatory conditions, high or low blood pressure, thrombosis or varicose veins;
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, fractures, or ongoing medical treatment or medication (including blood thinners);
- Skin conditions, open wounds, infections or contagious illness;
- Allergies, including to oils, lotions or fragrances;
- Any other condition that may make massage or heat treatments unsuitable.
Please consult your doctor first if you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you. We may modify, postpone or decline a treatment where we believe it is not safe. Please tell your therapist immediately if you feel pain or discomfort during a session.
Limitation regarding undisclosed conditions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCR Russian Spa and its therapists are not liable for any injury, reaction or complication arising from a pre-existing condition, allergy or circumstance that you did not disclose, or that you disclosed inaccurately.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Prices shown on the Website or quoted by us are subject to the package, duration and location confirmed at booking. Applicable taxes and any hotel-visit or travel charges will be stated before you confirm.
- We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
- Payment is accepted by the methods we confirm at booking, which may include cash, UPI, cards or secure online payment links, payable at the venue or in advance where requested.
- Where payment is made through a third-party processor, that processor handles your payment details under its own terms. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
- Please raise any billing concern with us within 7 days of the service so that we can resolve it promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including the NCR Russian Spa name, logo and branding, text, photographs, graphics, video, design and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, distribute or use any part of the Website or our branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Website Use & Third-Party Links
- You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or interfering with its operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCR Russian Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services, and our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised, and the updated Terms apply from the time they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Website or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
