Yes. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 4 hours’ notice, by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the booked service price. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Call or WhatsApp +91 83770 94710 with your hotel name, room or suite number, preferred time and treatment. Our concierge confirms availability, the final total including any hotel-visit charges, and your therapist’s arrival time. Some hotels ask visitors to register at the front desk, so please follow your hotel’s visitor rules.

Payment methods are confirmed when you book and may include cash, UPI, cards or a secure online payment link, payable at the venue or in advance where requested. We never store your card or banking credentials on our website.

Share how you are arriving when you book, and our concierge will confirm the easiest drop-off and parking arrangement for your visit and send directions if you need them.

Every treatment takes place in a closed, private suite, and your booking details and any health information you share stay strictly confidential. They are shared only with the professionals assigned to your session and, for hotel visits, the details a venue needs to deliver it. We do not sell personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more.
